Have you been told to be more strategic, show more influence, or develop your executive presence, but left wondering what that actually means in practice?
The Career Accelerator is a practical learning series designed to answer that question. Each session focuses on a specific skill area, gives you concrete tools to work with, and is built around the realities of navigating within an organization.
You can attend the full series or pick only the sessions most relevant to you. Every session is live, one hour, and capped to keep it interactive.

FALL 2026 SESSIONS
Five sessions. One hour each.
All sessions held live at 10–11 am PT / 1–2 pm ET.
SESSION 01 - OCTOBER 2
Many capable professionals doubt their own capabilities or carry an incomplete picture of how colleagues see them. This session gives you tools to build a more accurate view of where you stand, understand the patterns that fuel self-doubt, and develop a more constructive approach to feedback, risk-taking, and growth.
SESSION 02 - OCTOBER 9
Thinking strategically is a skill you can build. This session gives you a repeatable way to step back, frame the problem, and connect your work to the bigger picture, along with practical ways to make sure your contributions are fully visible.
SESSION 03 - OCTOBER 16
Most of what gets called "executive presence" is really communication. This session provides practical skills to plan a message, deliver it with confidence, and follow through so it sticks.
SESSION 04 - OCTOBER 23
Strong performance matters, but it is only part of how people build trust and expand their impact inside an organization. This session looks at how to navigate the matrix, strengthen your internal reputation, make smart use of white space, and build more effective relationships across teams.
SESSION 05 - OCTOBER 30
Career growth is easier to sustain when you have a clear sense of your values, priorities, and options. This session helps you assess what matters most, shape the role you are in or explore a new direction, and put practical support structures in place so you can keep building momentum.

Katie Juran

Katie brings more than 20 years of team leadership at companies including Adobe and Intuitive Surgical, where she hired and developed people at every level from entry through Director. She advises executives on how to clarify their message, strengthen their presence, and build engaging cultures.
Liz Quinn
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL, EBQ COACHING
Liz spent more than 28 years in HR leadership at technology companies including Apple and Adobe, where she managed teams and coached executives across the business. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who works with leaders at Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofits.
Susan Rusconi
FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL, LEADUP
Susan is a talent development leader with more than 25 years at Adobe and Splunk, and a guest lecturer at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. She designs practical experiences that help people navigate change, strengthen team performance, and translate strategy into action.
